Kristen Dailey
Interim Operations Manager
Kristen has over 20 years of experience in global development including executive leadership, managing teams, multi-sectoral network building, strategic planning, budgeting, project management, small and large event production, member recruitment, fundraising, public speaking, communications, grantmaking, impact measurement, and corporate partnerships.
Prior to consulting with GLF, Kristen was the Executive Director of Global Washington, a network of NGOs, Companies, Philanthropists, and Academic Institutions working to improve lives in low- and middle-income countries. She has also worked at the Initiative for Global Development, Global Partnerships, The United Nations Foundation, and InterAction.
Kristen was in the GLF cohort VII and holds a Master’s degree in public administration from the Daniel J. Evans School of Public Policy at the University of Washington. She lives in Seattle with her husband and two children.
Kristen believes in the power of network weaving, collective action, proximate leadership, and trust-based philanthropy to make the world a better place.
