Bob Ness
Co-Founder
Bob is the principal of Ness Consulting--working internationally for 30 years with a focus on strategic planning, creativity and innovation, executive development, conflict transformation, and organization development. He has worked internationally with profit and nonprofit groups with particular experience in Soviet and post-soviet countries, Asia, Europe, and Central America. Bob has done leadership development with US State Department sponsored groups, directed international conferences, and directed or hosted official delegations from many countries. Bob is a co-founder of the Global Leadership Forum.
Bob was trained as a counseling psychologist and has also studied sociology, negotiations, and leadership education. He has served on 25 nonprofit boards and advisories and is immediate past President/Chairman of Leadership Tomorrow. Bob is currently a Trustee of the Peg and Rick Young Foundation.
Bob’s interests include photography, singing, artwork in glass and bronze, poetry & literature, sea-kayaking, and travel. He’s been to 45 countries. Bob, and his wife Maryann have three daughters and seven grandchildren.
