Peter Blomquist
Co-Founder, Board
Peter Blomquist is the principal of Blomquist International, a consulting business, and previously worked with Mercy Corps, Global Partnerships, the Starbucks Foundation and CARE. He is a co-founder and a board member of the Global Leadership Forum.
He teaches periodically on global organizations at Seattle University and the University of Washington. Currently he is teaching a course at the UW/Evans School called “The Future of NGOs in International Development.”
Outside of work, Peter enjoys playing soccer several times a week, reading literature, and trying to learn chords up the neck (guitar). He is a native of Seattle; he and his wife Ann have two grown daughters and one stellar granddaughter.
