Stand.earth, Senior Donor Engagement Officer
Nashrah is a deeply values-driven person with a background in program management, fundraising, and organizational development across climate, public health, and global development organizations. She has built and stewarded relationships with donors, coalition partners, and senior leaders to advance equity, sustainability, and community-centered impact, with experience spanning clean energy and climate advocacy, eye health, lung health, and international collaboration. Grounded in a love of learning and community, she is energized by challenging leaders to regularly examine the systems and infrastructures we often default to, in the hope that together we can build a more just and sustainable world that makes space for everyone. She is currently working at Stand.earth building collective power to hold corporations and governments accountable to their climate commitments.
Outside of work, Nashrah can often be found hiking, rock climbing, mountaineering, and cycling around the Pacific Northwest! She especially loves gathering with her community, with cute dogs, great snacks and deep conversations that demonstrate curiosity.
